Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. The receipt of dispatched goods will be generated to your sukena.pk Login account.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Free Shipping on products is currently only available in Lahore and surrounding areas. Or otherwise mentioned specifically at the time of order confirmation by Sukena.pk

All disputed issues will be settled between the seller and buyer only.
All Customers are advised to wait for the sales team who will confirm if the order is available and in stock before proceeding with payments transfers. ( All payments are considered null and void before confirmation from the sukena.pk sales team, however sukena.pk will be liable to return the payment deposited by the customer if or whereas deduction charges may apply depending on the amount and payment transfer method ).

Sukena Electronics is a retailer or reseller, we are not manufacturers so we will not provide or cover OFFICIAL WARRANTIES/MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES with your product purchase which will be claimable at the manufacturers end.
